ORAL PROFICIENCY EXAM

Explicación para el Examen Oral:
Único Examen Oral: -Fecha del 11 al 17 de Febrero.
Características:
Personal En equipo. (4 personas máximo)


Power point presentation:

Realizar una investigación completa sobre algun deporte, sus reglas, jugadores famosos, donde se juega, etc.prepararla en power point y presentarla frente a tus compañeros en clase.

Puntaje:


40 % Investigación del deporte elegido.
10% Power point presentaton.
20% Buena entonación y fluidez para
hablar.
10% Buena coordinación y trabajo en
equipo.
10% Puntualidad de la fecha establecida.
10% Material adecuado a tiempo (T.V.,
Lap top, etc.) (Es tu responsabilidad revisar que se vea adecuadamente, asi como obtener el material con el que lo presentarás previamente, “no lo hagas un día antes del examen).

Total: 100 puntos.

WRITING EVALUATION

To Evaluate the Creative Writing subject we will work on 3 different quizzes and one Evaluative Writing (Writing exam)

The quizzes are the following:

Date: January 25th in class
a) MOVING INTO THE FUTURE (one page)
Imagine a transportation invention of the future.
On one side of a paper (letter sized) freewrite a paragraph that describes what it does and how it looks.
Illustrate the other side with a picture of what you have described.

Date: January 29th
b) CREATE A SCENE (one page)
As the speaker and her sister wait for a ride, it begins to rain. Follow the directions on page 145 from the language network book to invent two descriptions about rain.


Date: February 3rd in class
c) (10 sentences)
Recalla time when you were up close and personal with a bug, was the bug disgusting? fascinating?, weird?

Write a short paragraph in 10 sentences about your bug.(use prepostions, conjunctions and interjections).

Se entregará un “ensayo” que se encuentran basado en su libro Language Network: Writing Workshops; Writing for different purpose. Unit 23: Cause and Effect Essay. Pages: 438 to 445
Características del trabajo:
• Realizar un ensayo con orden y limpieza.
• El trabajo se entregará en computadora con las siguientes características:
Letra: Arial 12
Hoja: Tamaño carta.
Orientación: Vertical.
Entregarlo en carpeta.
Deberá tener una hoja de presentación con tu nombre y clave
Cada sección (o paso) deberá tener su nombre.
PUNTAJE:
Estas son las secciones o pasos que debes realizar para tu trabajo:

50% Unit 23: Cause and Effect Essay

o 10% Prewriting.
Choose a topic. (2 puntos)
